DTKS-FX-4 gas analyzer for insulating glass is designed and developed specifically for the inspection of hollow glass by using the oxygen paramagnetism principle and imported gas sensors. According to standard GB/T11944-2012, the concentration of inert gases such as argon in hollow glass is an important indicator of the heat transfer performance of hollow glass and therefore the gas filling quality of glass must be checked through the inspection of the inert gas concentration. The concentration of oxygen in the air is fixed, i.e. between 20.8-20.9%, so if the oxygen content measured in the hollow glass is 2.1%, it can be known that it contains 10% air. It is applicable to the determination of gas content in the standard 7.6 initial gas content and 7.7 gas sealing durability.
